Student Voice Representation: In order to address the concern that the orange comment boxes are not being utilized by students, it was suggested that teachers should mention the boxes during class, ensure that students know their voice will be heard, encourage students to use the boxes when there is extra class time, and pass out survey papers (maybe weekly) to be placed in the boxes.
International Night Date/Day: It was concluded that having International Night take place this year would allow for improvements to be made next year, but having it next year would allow more time for planning and preparation. A decision was not made.

Keeping the Ticker Updated: The "ticker" on TV has a tendency to stop working. SGA members will volunteer to be trained as "ticker people" who know how to fix the ticker when it doesn't update correctly.
Ideas for High 5s: The SGA made a list of possible High 5 prizes for students, and the Communications Committee will get these suggestions to Ms. Starr. In addition, the SGA felt that teachers were not giving out enough HIgh 5s. SGA would liek to request that they be allowed to give "prizes" to teachers who are caught giving a High 5.
